The WEAO Canadian hotel block for WEFTEC 2026 is now open.

Rooms have been secured at the Embassy Suites, providing Canadian attendees with convenience and a connected place to stay during the conference.

· Friday, August 7, 2026 – Last day to make a reservation in the dedicated WEAO room block, based on availability.

· Wednesday, September 16, 2026 – Last day to change/cancel reservations through WEFTEC Housing.

· Friday, September 18, 2026 – Reservation changes/cancels can be made directly with the hotels.

· 72-hours prior to arrival – Deadline to cancel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

If the Canadian block becomes fully booked, additional hotels are available through the general WEFTEC housing site.
